日本で最初にオープン！老舗ベトナム料理だふぉ～。
Comments : 2アオザイ 世界の料理を巡る旅！今回はベトナム料理です。訪れたのは、アオザイ！今でこそベトナム料理を食べられる店は多いけれど・・・ここは日本で最初にオープンしたベトナム料理屋とのことです(お店のHPに当時紹介された新聞が掲載されておりました。)
ランチタイムは外でお弁当も売っていてよく利用します(´▽｀)５００円で安いんです。
店内は、女性客でいっぱい。やっぱりベトナム料理はヘルシーなイメージですよね。中華料理ほど脂っぽくなく、他のエスニック料理ほど辛くなく。マイルドな味です。
注文したのは、特製蒸し餃子＆ハーフフォーのセット。８８０円とお手頃価格。餃子はモチモチッとしていて美味しい！フォーもさっぱりですね。最近胃疲れしている私にピッタリなメニュー。少なそうに見えるけれど、意外とお腹がいっぱいになります。
こちらは、日替わりのエビチャーハン。９８０円。チャーハンはしっかりした味付けでなかなか美味しかったです。
痩せ体型の方が多いベトナム。その秘訣には、やはり料理も関係していて、世界で一食当たりの平均カロリーが最も低かったのがベトナム料理の922カロリーだそうです。一方、最も高いのはイタリア料理の1,775カロリー。ベトナムはお米文化だけど、それ以上に野菜やハーブをたくさん食べるとか。
ちなみに、私の友達が最近ベトナムに住み始めました。
じゃじゃん！現地の写真です。この中から一品選び、こばんと野菜はお皿に盛られて150円くらい！安い！ベトナムに行った友達は、食には困らないとのこと。。。いーなぁ。。ちなみに、物価の安いベトナムですが、住むところは、4万円位で家具付き60㎡以上の部屋を借りられるとか。しかも、シーツの取替えと1週間に1回お掃除の人が来る。うらやましい！ベトナム行きたいな～～(´・ω・`)
