とっくに回って3時半に。
こんばんわ。
夜もふけたここ中野から。
みなさまのブログの恋人。
わたくし、高山俊太です。
「すきなたべものはなんですか？」
人生で100回は聞かれるでしょう。いや、ひょっとしたらもっとか。
人の好きなものってなんであんな気になんのかなー
小学生のころなんてみんなで好きな子のハナシするだけでどうにもこうにもはしゃいだもんなー
人の好きなもの知ることはその人を知ることでもあって、
いつの時代も人は人を“知る”ことへの興味はつきないのでしょうか。
とまったくわけのわからんことをいったところで、
興味があるのかないのかそればっかりはわかりませんが、
今回はわたくしの好きなもの知ってもらおうかと。
親子丼の名店と言われる「きすけ赤坂本店」
なんということでしょう。
この美しい色のコントラスト。
ほら。みてください。
ほどよいグラデーションにぼんやり浮かぶやさしい白鼠色に、落ち着き払った深緑。
近づけば近づくほど増してゆくツヤとハリ。
そして時間がたつにつれ、刻一刻と変化するグラデーションのほどよさったらもう。
食べかけの親子丼なんて置いてけぼり。
まいっちゃうんだからさ。まったくこの味噌汁ったら。
そう。
わたくしは無類の“汁”好きなのです。
親子丼の名店といわれるここ、きすけの味噌汁は、
これといって気取った感じはまったくないのだけれども、
見た目に気を抜くなんてことはまったくなく、
座長としてどっしりかまえた親子丼にそっと寄り添うにくいやつ。
鰹出汁の効いたやさしい味と、ネギとワカメというシンプルかつベタな具材がなんとも味わい深いったらありゃしない。
もちろん、座長の親子丼も美味なことは言うまでもありません。
一緒にいったわが社の小僧2人（シュッとしたやつと髪型個性的なやつ）は無料でできるごはん大盛りをぺろりと完食。
おいしいごはんにはおいしい汁がつきものですね！
ということでこのあたりでわたくしのお話はここまで。
