もう10年くらい前になるかな？
新聞の広告で載っていたコラム。
モノクロの5段くらいで、
どちらの企業広告だったか忘れちゃいましたが
（たしか鹿児島の方だったかも…）
トンカツの食べ方について興味深い見解の文章が書いてありました。
「みなさんは、トンカツをどこから食べますか？」
からはじまり、そのライターさん曰くどうやら真ん中から食べるんだそうです。
それで真ん中の一切れを食べたら
空いた隙間をお箸でスーッと両端にあるトンカツで、寄せたら…
あらま！一回り小ぶりなトンカツが出来上がり！
そうやって真ん中を食べては両端寄せてを繰り返し、
徐々に小さなトンカツになりますが
常に、最後の二切れまで出来たてのような見栄えが続くわけです。
新しい認識にちょっと感動して
その広告を見てからというもの
そのトンカツの食べ方を常に実行してます。
そんなわけで今回訪れたお店は
トンカツ屋さんです(*^_^*)
ミシュランのビブグルマンに選出されたことがあるお店だとかで
11：30オープンと同時にすぐ満席、行列ができる人気店です。
ではさっそく😙
ロースカツ定食1,180円
ごはん、キャベツ（普通盛りでも多め）、豚汁と漬物が付いてます。
レモンを搾ってから醤油と岩塩でいただくのがお店のおすすめだそうです。
真ん中の美味しいところからいただきます。
そして、寄せます。

最後の方はちょっと微妙ですね😳
皆さんも一度試してみてください。
食べ終わるまでなんだかずっと楽しい気分になりますよ。
※ごはん、キャベツの大盛りは無料ですが、追加でおかわりだと有料150円です。
